I had several companies come out to see our pantry/bathroom closet situation (two very deep closets side by side in a 1920's house with poor storage) and Don's design was superior to all the others. He was the only one to suggest swapping the closets so the pantry would be larger (it seems obvious now, but no one else suggested it!!). Don was easy to work with and his installers were neat, pleasant and professional. The price was neither the highest nor the lowest we received - it was well within reason for the job that was done. I told Don that I wanted a Murphy bed installed in our home office. Don came out, measured the space and fit in a side drawer and two shelves with the Murphy bed. "I live in a small condominium and was in need of more closet space. A friend whose husband is in construction had used Don and Closettec, and were very pleased and felt I would be happy too. They were so right!!! Don came in and knew exactly what I needed to maximize the space. He added valuable details like how to get greater space for both my shoes and handbags. He knew the exact length of long dresses verse the shorter items and made sure I had enough space for both. After the installation of my customize closet, I needed additional work on flooring and he knew just the person to call. All this was done in a timely manner and within my budget. Don and Closettec take pride in both the work and service they provide. Recently, I called Don to help me with a kitchen drawer problem. Although he did not install the piece, he never hesitated to help. I call that real customer service in a day and age where people do not take pride in their work. "I have never written a review until now as I feel compelled to do so. It has been said that I am hard to please. I have just had my master closet installed by Closettec and I must say that I have never had such a great experience with a company and its owner Don Cuffari. I chose Closettec over 4 other companies for the following reasons. Don listened intently to my needs and made me feel comfortable immediately. His design was far superior, even better, than my interior designer. He produced a 3D image of his design so I could visualize exactly what I was getting. He took the time to show me the stain for the wood which matched perfectly. The end result was better than I expected. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were phenomenal. All of my clothing fit perfectly down to my scarf collection. The best part was his pricing. His pricing was lower than 3 of the other companies and and he actually gave me more than I expected. His follow through is to be commended as he was there throughout the process to make sure that his installers were doing everything correctly. "I wanted to write this review to acknowledge what a great compnay that I have been dealing with. This is the third time that I have used Closettec for various projects and the third time that everything turned out perfect. I really enjoy dealing with Don Cuffari and his company. This last project was my family room cabinets. Don designed an entertainment center across the whole wall. I originally wanted it made of wood until Don showed me a new raised woodgrain melamine material that was a fraction of the cost of real wood. At first I was very hesitant as I wanted a high end look. But, as in the past, I trusted his judgement and I am glad I did. The cabinet turned out beautiful in every detail as always at several thousand dollars less. Needless to say I am overjoyed. There is no other company that I will do business with."
